Well, Hi
I'm New here! I'm 174 lbs and i want to lose 20 lbs for now. But I'm 5'6. My measurements are 38 34 37. I want to lose INCHES off of my waist. btw, my belly fat is getting jiggly and squishy O.o (I've been workout out consistently for about 2 weeks.. before it was just when i felt like it) But, i don't want to lose my butt *hehe*. But the way I work out (jogging, kickboxing, walking alot) i know this will cause me to lose weight, also my butt. What should I do to prevent? Or can I do anything?

Hopefully, you want to stay proportionate. It wouldn't look particularly nice if you were thin everywhere except your behind. Firm, toned and proportionate should work just fine.0

You can't really spot reduce. You can only lose weight all over, however doing lunges and squats will help keep the area nice and lifted.0
