Hi Everyone, just a quick hello really. I'm Sharon and Live in south lakeland, wondered if anyone else is local(ish). My friend who has just emigrated recommended this site to me and so far it seems great. Had a wobble this morning, felt quite faint but then I couold put it down to pain killers from surgery 3 weeks ago, who knows! Stuck at home with my 4 dogs who i can't walk so looking forward to being crutch free and exercising again. I'm a midwife so wondered if there are any nurses/midwives etc out there who have any tips for meals for night shifts, thats where i really struggle!!!!!!

    Hi, I joined yesterday and am loving the site so far. I am in Newcastle, needing to lose 84lbs. I am doing a low carb diet as have found its the only thing that works for me. Good luck with your journey x:flowerforyou:
