NEED MOTIVATION!

I always start off good for about a week and then my motivation just fizzles out. Right now I am feeling super motivated to start working out and eating right, but I need some buddies to help keep me on track. If I am doing it with someone else and getting positive feedback and support, I think I will stay on track much better and I will finally be able to reach my fitness goals. I would prefer people that need to lose around the same amount of weight as me or who are the same age or just some similarities so I will put my stats below.
age: 21
height: 5 ft 6.5 in
weight: 172 lbs :(
goal weight: 120 lbs

    we are almost the same height and weight

    I am 5'7 and 171 pounds but have no motivation at the moment!

    how are you attempting to start? i have cut alcohol out and hope to cut out dairy as well just to force myself into good eating habits!

    I was a drill instructor in the Marine Corps. Motivation is my game. After I left the corps I went from 180lbs 5'10" to 225lbs. Started my workout and diet three weeks ago and now I'm down to 211. My goal is 190. If you need to talk let me know. You can do this! You love yourself enough to make it happen.
