Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Push-ups
Let's see if we can do 100.
Starting today the new rules are:
You can break them up into sets but your first set MUST be as many as you can do in one set. In other words, we want to build up our strength to do these exercise.
Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
Have them done before midnight. "Midnight" is when YOU go to bed.
My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.

Man this is gonna be a tough one for me LOL I can barely do 5 push-ups let a lone 100 but as always I will give it my best!0

i will give it a try. i hate push ups but i want super nice arms. i will be doing 4 sets of 25 girly ones cause im a girl no really i cant do the regular ones i will try the last 5 as regular push ups. wish me luck this is gonna take all day. thanks for the challenge though i need it!!!!0

Sounds like a plan...I will also be doing girly pushups...and Probably 5 sets of 20...I can already feel my arms burning!0

Thanks for that! I did my 100, took about 6 mins. I only completed 35 all at once, then did sets of 10.
They were hard after doing them at bootcamp last night. But in a good way.

Did it this morning before work, spent most of the day cursing myself, wishing I had waited until after!
