Grilled Cabbage
I love cabbage and have discovered a new way to cook it without heating up the house.
I make a foil pack and fill it with coarsly cut cabbage (about 1" strips). Add a little smart balance (or olive oil), season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and place on medium low heated grill. Cook for about 30 to 45 minutes until desired firmness turning every 5 to 10 minutes.
I've also tried fresh green beans this way. Still experimenting with other veggies !
Enjoy! :flowerforyou:

Instead of regular salt, try sea salt or kosher salt. Bake potato is good on the grill as well. Poke holes in the potato rub with olive oil and kosher salt. It taste alot like Red Lobster bake potato.0
