Started todayIm determined to lose some timber for summer :-)...any tips to curb my evening sweet-tooth cravings?

    I work out in the evenings for as long as i can. Have a terrible sweet tooth and its very hard not to snack!!

    Start small. I'm no expert but my husband and I are night snackers. Last night, I reached for the Thin Mints. Could have eaten a whole row of them but stopped at 4 after I read the serving size. It's a start! Tonight, I will reach for my flavored water, instead and if I feel I HAVE to have a cookie, I will eat 2...we all have to start somewhere! :) Good luck to you!

    welcome! try 100 calories snack, fruit, nuts always works for me.
