Can anyone recommend a good DVD for beginner yoga? I'm looking to add some variety into my workouts and hopefully get back some flexibility that I've lost.

I don't know about DVDs, but there are a wealth of youtube vids designed for beginners.
I would suggest watching a few through first before you do anything else. Also make sure to research how to do the poses Properly as several of these vids just assume you know how, it seems.
This is my favourite so far

Yoga for Beginners with Patricia Walden is great. You can also go to the Yoga Journal website and use their videos and pose builders http://www.yogajournal.com/basics0
