Has anyone had liposuction?

I am considering getting it on the inside/outside of my thighs. Not as an easy way out. I have lost close to 40lbs and exercised and worked to tone and will continue to do so.. but i'm just not happy with my legs, they are sitll chunky and fat.

Just wondered if anyone had any experience could offer any recommendations or info?

one of my best friends had weightloss surgery, followed by a tummy tuck and lipo... and the one thing she says to everyone that asks about her surgery is 'dont get lipo, if i could go back and not have it i would' she just described the surgery and really invasive and the recovery from that hurt her more than the tummy tuck..... if you can avoid it do !! but if it makes you happy.... xxx

Lipo is a minimally invasive procedure. Minimally invasive does not equal minimally painful. I am friends with a doc who owns many medical spas and have had extensive talks about Lipo and it's effectiveness. He says for you to get the best results you should ultimately be at your ideal body mass before doing it otherwise you will see less skin recoil and may require a tuck. He has been doing this for 35 years and says if people use it for the right purpose it works very well.

That's interesting as I am almost at my target weight. I'm in a healthy weight range now anyway
