Help! I've come to a what appears to be a plateau!

After losing a total of 22 pounds, I'm at a plateau! I'm not gaining weight, but not losing anymore either. I eat an average of 1300 calories a day and work out 4 days a week (cardio mostly) I'm still 25 pounds short of reaching my goal and I am very happy with my results thus far, so any suggestions to get over this bump in the road would be great! Thanks in advance! :-)
