Exercise Pain

I am curious if anyone else has the same issue that I am having. For the past three weeks each time I workout esp while walking or running I get horrible muscle pain only in my right leg starting from my knee to my ankle. I almost feels like the muscle is so tense that it might snap. I had a complete ACL replacement five years ago this June & I havent had issue since. This is really slowing me down, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like you need to discuss this with your doctor......if you have had a problem with your ACL in the past, it could be related.
And, you might want to consider being propertly fitted for running shoes. I underpronate, and was getting a lot of knee pain when running. I got fitted and bought a pair of shoes made to correct my problem, and now I'm pain free.
Doctor first, shoe fitting second!0 -
I second the talk to the doctor thing... It should not be that painful. It is only in the right leg and not the left... Definitely good to check with your physician on that one.0
