Protein has a negative number

Hello. I have been really trying to track all of my food each day using MFP. I am noticing that my protein numbers are always in red and are negative. I drink 2 protein shakes per day. Is that too much? Is the number being in red not green a bad thing?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Currently your numbers look like this:
Protein 15%, Carbs 55%, Fat 30%
You can change the percentages by doing this:
My Home-->Goals-->Change Goals-->Custom-->
For a better idea of what you might want to change them to, read this:

Ideally you should shoot for actual gram amounts when it comes to protein and fat and fill in the rest with carbs, but to make it easy to setup it's fine to use percentages to get you in the ball park on a day to day basis.0 -

Wouldnt say bad. But if its making you go over your daily calories then it could be in that reguard. Also if you do more strength training then upping(customizing) your daily protein intake would be good here as long as you still stay within your daily calorie goal range. JMO.0 -
I think the default MPF settings are low for protein and high for carbs. Luckily you can change them to better suit your goals and needs.0
