Decided to walk to the Pool today (approx 1.5 miles) and ended up running half of it.The last time I ran outside I was still a teenager.

    Someone told me yesterday that "there is no SMALL NSV, only an NSV". That sounds to me like a BIG one! Great job!

    Thanks folks felt pretty pleased with myself time to get off the treadmill and on the road I think.
