I take it you mean when we are doing good and following the good eating plan to lose weight because I look at all these foods and wonder why anyone is overweight. They are all healthy foods. I have my 10 that I eat when I am being good and my 10 that I eat when I am being bad. Of course, I feel much better when I eat the good foods; not the bad ones.

True, true! Mostly I eat pretty good but I could make a separate list of what I eat that isn't so good! Tortilla chips are one, candy when it's around, chocolate, too many protein bars isn't my problem anymore but it used to be especially when I was burning tons of calories training for endurance events. I also make killer enchiladas, pasta and pizza which the family wants they are crammed with vegetables but starches and cheese, olive oil makes them higher fat and those aren't so good for staying slim. Everything in moderation. :-)
