I have done it in the past....honestly the food is pretty bland and gross, I thought.0

Real Protein Shakes, Homemade lunch and dinner, water and excerise and you will see much better results!!!
Slowly reduce your calories while increasing your exercise. Limit fat, simple carbs and sodium while increasing water, protein and complex carbs and I bet you feel better very soon and save a ton of money!!
Best of Luck!!0 -

I have used it as a fast and easy option, especially for breakfast and lunches. I get into work at 6:30am and work long days so I don't always have time to cook and there's a lot of bad food in my office so I keep the Nutrisystem in my desk for when I need something fast and easy. I improve the taste by adding some seasoning like Mrs. Dash which has no sodium but good flavors. I also sometimes add some fresh cheese or cut up veggies to items (like their pizza). I find that it helps me stay on track with my daily calories when I just don't have the time to make my own food.
I find that the dinners are the most gross for flavor so I changed my plan to "dinners on your own" which is cheaper and it really gives me what I need most which are the breakfasts and lunches. If you are super picky, I wouldn't recommend it though. There aren't enough options for people who have significant limits to what they will eat.0 -
If it tastes anything like the other frozen meals, definitely pass!0

I have family members who used it and lost weight, but they gained it back as soon as they started eating regular food.
It doesn't teach you how to function in the real world without their portioned meals, so I'd recommend just using this sight and staying within your calorie allotment. You'll learn about how your body reacts to food and exercise through the process, and you can use the information for life.0 -
The breakfasts and desserts aren't bad, but the lunches and dinner are gross. I lost some weight on it, but once I stopped using the food, I wasn't sure how I should eat. It didn't teach me how to adapt in the real world. I did learn a lot about portion control from nutrisystem, but I was also starving all the time.
You also have to add in a lot of foods yourself - fruits, veggies, protein and dairy. It can be a lot of work figuring out what you are supposed to eat and when. For all that effort, I decided it was easier for me to learn how to lose weight with normal foods.0 -
thanks for all the feedback...im gonna pass0
