Back on track!

Never thought I would use a site to help me with mind set, but here I go! I am 42 as of the 17th of this month and I have dropped from 268lbs to 158lbs. The prob is I have put on some weight and I do not like it one bit. I become comfortable with things and I think, O, I will get it off, to see that, well, actually it has crept back up...Not nearly to where I was, but to where I know I should not be! I guess I am looking for accountability and I was turned on to this site from a friend. I am an active person and was big into lifting weights and cardio. I am ready to roll this and know logging in and seeing my accountability will def help out!! Muach weight, you will not weigh me down any longer:)
