Do you run? You need the shoes that suit your lifestyle.0

no i dont run thats the problem... jp but i want to start running0

Don't buy your first pair of running shoes off the Internet. Go to a specialty running store and get fitted. If you put yourself in the wrong type of shoe, you risk injuring yourself.0

Definitely go to a running specialty store! They will do a tread analysis to see how you move your feet. I've been running for years, and I still go there to get retested for new shoes. And the new shoes will change from year to year. I used to wear Asics, now they have fitted me for Nike.0

personally me and all my running friends HATE running in Nikes. Asics and Brooks are some of the best running shoe brands IMO. Go to a running store, get fitted and shop there. Most places even recommend a half size too big in order to accomodate the foot swelling while running.0

these arent my first pair of running shoes i have had running shoes before... i actually have a pair now they are just not functional anymore js0

def what is mentioned above... go to a local running store and they will fit you for the correct shoe. they look at how you walk and how your arch is, etc. and surprisingly aren't that pricey. I have bought a few pairs and all were $90 and under and have suited me well for many many miles0

I have no advice, I don't run... I barely jog at the moment, just wanted to share the pic...0
