Please recommend a book for me (UK)

I'm looking for a new book to read/use about food and nutrition, with good recipes. Can anyone recommend one, please?

I read 'Nutrition for Life' by Lisa Hark and Darwin Deen, and really liked how it was sensible, clear, no nonsense advice, well researched and medically sound. I particularly liked the bits where it would provide nutritional information, on say, the importance of getting enough calcium/iron/fibre/whatever, and then provide a nice-looking recipe that would provide plenty of calcium etc - but there were only a few recipes in the whole book. Although I have lots of recipe and cookery books, I don't currently have a book that combines recipes and nutritional information.

I've been looking on Amazon and everything is a bit specific - either recipes for a particular health issue (e.g. IBS, mental health), is too medically (e.g. clinical nutrition) or sports focussed, focusses on a particular kind of cooking or eating (blender recipes, pasta, vegan, raw food etc) or relates to a fad diet or new age theory. I'm just basically looking for a detailed book with recipes for balanced, nutritious meals (such as any doctor would recommend) that has a bit more focus on health and nutritional information than average.

Grateful for any help!

(I only put UK because food-related books don't tend to translate well across the pond in terms of products available/measurements).
