I am trying to stick to 1200 calories, that was going soo well and i was losing weight with exercising also, but nowi found having gone back to university its tiring my out and I don't have the energy or will power to go to th gym and exercisee! and Along side getting up early I have now started to eat breakfast again which i enjoy, but I found that I am eating alot more on the night snacking, when isn't eating breakfast supposed to help you!
I was just wondering if anyone else is on this diet and has a food plan of times of day and amount of calories there have per meal?
Perhaps this could help me control my food intake!

You should always be eating breakfast.
You should also consider upping your calories.
As a university student I know how tiring it is to do school work, part time work and fit in time to exercise and plan meals.
I try to stick around 1500 calories and it's actually working out quite well.
Most days I log around 1300 so note that even though you've allotted more room for calories, you don't have to meet it every day.
I've found that the traditional '3 Meals a Day' just doesn't cut it.
Try to give yourself a snack between each meal.
This is what a typical day looks like for me:
Breakfast:
1 egg
1 english muffin
1.5 tbsp spreadables (it's like butter)
Snack
1 apple
Lunch
2 slices whole wheat bread
5 slices of tofurkey
1 slice veggie cheese
1 tbsp dressing
Snack
1 orange
1 hummus snack
Dinner
2 veggie samosas
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup brown rice
Snack
1 single serving pringles
That usually comes to around 1300 depending on if I eat all my snacks.
If I skip or two snacks I'm down to 1200.
Learn to love ziploc bags! Haha
I cut all my fruit up to make it last longer (in my mind! haha) so most days my backpack is full of baggies of apples, pears and oranges!
Hope that helped0 -
