Ha ha ha, all you proponents of "eat all your calories"

just like the title says. I am on to you. Once you have someone like me convinced I know you are laughing. I am anxious to see how well eating all your calories works. It sure seems to me like I am eating tons of food just so I can say I did it. Eating when you are not hungry or flat out stuffed seems counter productive when i am trying to eat healthy but I understand the logic.

All I hear when I read that mess is the teacher from Charlie Brown..... waa waaa wa waaaa waa waaa waa0

Who the hell cares what other people do in the first place? You people need hobbies outside calorie counting.0
-
who says that people eating back their calories are eating too much? If your not eating too much then good for you, if what your doing is working for you then awesome. Don't be too concerned with what others are doing. The only person you have to answer to is yourself.0

People figure this out when they hit a plateau. You can't ram it down their throats.0

This.
Eating all my calories works for me. If it doesn't work for you, so be it, I'm not worried about it.0 -
Who pissed in all your cheerios? I was not looking to fight. Just pointing out in a round about way that I feel I am eating to much even though I understand the math and physiology behind the concept. Heck we are talking about 2000 calories here.
Who would have thought 2000-2500 calories per day can be satisfying and even feel like over indulging.0 -
Eating all my calories is keeping the pounds and inches coming off of me without difficulty. What more can I ask??0

This!
Could be because conveying tone online is difficult. You read it one way, someone else reads it another. And especially since this was posted in the food and nutrition forum, people may have gotten the wrong impression.0 -
I really don't understand why this was taken so offensively! Haha, I guess it's true when they say it's hard to tell tone over the internet. Good luck in your weight loss!0

LOL!!! Methinks, Ruger, that those who felt their cheerios were violated were in the belief that they had run out of no-fat skim milk and took the next best alternative (in their minds)...0
