I bought my Turbo Jam DVD cardio party 3 and I love it !! Today was my third day :)

I heard about the 10 day challenge. 10 day 10 pounds lost. I heard there is a menu/plan. Does anyone have that ? can kindly let me know , Perhaps message me or reply please.

    I have all the Turbo Jam DVD's except for the live ones... I have never heard of that plan tho. Now I want it too!

    I believe you can get it when you buy the program thru a TBB Coach.... I think, I would have to check. :)
