I'm back to MFP after about six months off and a major surgery. Looking for friends for positive support and ideas for exercise and food when I reach that inevitable slump! I currently need to lose about 65 lbs to reach my goal weight of 135ish. My highest weight about 3 years ago was 230 and was down to 150. After some health issues, I gained about 50 back. Time to get focused again and hopefully keep it ALL off for good this time (oy!)

Feel free to add me, we are all in the same position. I too have surgery. 4 ops in the last 12 months on my back, which doesn't help with trying to lose weight but we will all get there with good support from each other :-)
