I see all my friends food diaries and some of them have their calorie intake set to 800 calories a day and one even had 200 calories a day! (really bad)
However mine is set to 1200 and i want to make it 1000 ...
Do i go to settings or something?

first of all, don't make it that low. that's dangerous and you'll hurt your metabolism. that is not a sustainable diet plan and the second you start eating again you're going to gain the weight back really fast.
but, to change your calorie settings go to your home page and select "goals."0 -
Thank you kindly. I can't possibly thank you enough!
