How much water is classed as 1 glass

    depends on the glass. The recommendation is 8, 8oz glasses. The tall glasses in sets typically hold 2 cups, while the "tumblers" hold 1 cup (8oz). Hope this helps

    I just go by 2litres, and try and drink 2 sport-sized bottles of Evian (1litre each) a day. And then pee a lot!

    Good question!

    If needed for your MFP diary which is measured in Cups, then 1pint (imp not US) of water is 2.4 cups. I aim to drink at least 4 of these a day which would also be roughly 2 litres.....

    It doesn't really answer the question but I wouldn't know an 8oz glass if you put it in front of me whereas I'm very familiar with a pint! I just aim for 2litres

    My understanding is 1 liter makes 5 cups hence, a cup is equivelant to 200ml.
