On Tuesday I finally reached a 50lbs weightloss! I still have a long way to go, but I am so pleased with my results so far!

    Honestly, just keep at it :) Do it at your speed and not everybody else's!
    Eat healthy and work out as hard as your body allows. For me there is no right or wrong answer, do whatever works for you:)
