Well here it is! Get off your butt! This woman comes to the gym faithfully and she's 97 years old. She trains with one of my bootcamp trainers

Last week there was a cute little old lady at the gym. I was working out ...one of those low days...self pity.. tired...etc...She walked over by me an got on a machine and was giving it all she had... She only had one arm.. Shame on me!!!0
