Hey Everyone~

I've seen some amazing stories on here and am very inspired! I have fallen off the wagon so many times! My daughter is getting older and I need to really start setting a better example of health and fitness for her and teach her to love her body. I don't want her to struggle with weight like I have. Looking back at pictures from college, I wish I was "that fat" again! I thought I was so heavy and I wasn't, I just had a bad self image and I want her to grow up being healthy and knowing that she is beautiful!

I would love to make new friends on here for encouragement and support and give my support to anyone as well! I'm a single mom as well so I'd love to talk to any single mamas and share ideas on great ways of doing it all ourselves!

Have a blessed day!

Katie

I think it is awesome that you are doing that for her and for yourself! I realized as I got our of high school and got married, that my image of myself played a huge part in my actual weight. I'm a stress eater. The more i worry about my weight, the more i eat. Quite silly when ya think about it! lol! My goal is to make this a lifestyle change and spend the rest of my life being a positive example instead of the one looking for one. I am only 23, and I want to get it under control now so that when I have children I am ready to educate them in how to care for themselves as well.
My goal weight loss is 75lbs!
Feel free to add me! :)
