How do you calculate the first 10 days of the Jillian Micahels 30 day shred??

  • I use a heart rate monitor so I can track exact calories burned then I made a 30 day shred option in my exercise list.

    Yes, circuit training is the most accurate, unless you get an HRM.

    My wife and I calculate it as Circuit Training General, there are a few workout descriptions that you could calculate it under. Always go with the least number of calories burned for each workout. this way you know you are not over calculating in any way.
