I was thinking about that as I weighed this morning. I graduated HS 24 years ago and weighed 220#. I got as high as 345# before I began to change that last summer. I was in the neighborhood of 185-190# I think starting my Freshman year of HS. I weighed in this morning at 199#. I was very pleased with that. I never thought I would get under 300 and then to get below 200, shocking.0

I never used to weigh back then (1990) but I would bet it was about 175 and I am 6-1. I was in great shape. Now if I can just get back under 200 I will be happy.0

5'3.75", weighed approx. 155#, wore a size 5-6 (pants), approx. 17-18% bodyfat. (only remember the stats because of MEPS).0

148...Im actually 142 now which I never thought I would weight less than what I did in HS!0

I was 148 when I graduated HS, but I was a stick. (I'm 6'). I joined the USMC and put on muscle mass and left Recruit Training at a healthy 170. It's all gone down (up) since then, peaked at almost 200, but now I'm trying to get back down to between 170-1750

I was about 120 lbs and a size 4. Now after three children I am in the best shape of my life. Each pregnancy I knew more about how to help people. I weight about 110-113 lbs now, but have a lot more MUSCLE. I have been a certified fitness trainer so it is my job to stay lean, fit and healthy:happy: !0

I am 5'10" and 8 years ago in high school, I weighed 118! I didn't think I was that skinny, I thought I looked healthy, but I'm think I was just a noodle! And trust me...I ate whatever I wanted then!! It was sports and a very good metabolism!!!!0

I weighed 160ish, I believe 157 was the thinnest I ever was (1st year in college) until my daughter turned 2. I was 175 after having my daughter in 2008, and 175 when i started losing weight, it was april 2010. My husband marine corps ball Nov 2010 I wore my highschool prom dress (it was my goal!!) I started hitting the gym even more and lost 40 lbs I was 135 last summer. I gained back to 152 due to a change in lifestyle and medical reasons... So I'm still thinner than I was in High School.
Yet, I'm still trying to get down to my 135 frame... I was in a 0-4 easily!! I was never smaller than a 9 MAYBE an 8, back when I was "younger". (which I'm 24 now.. lol)0 -
I was 95 to 105 until I had my first baby and it was a struggle from there on. Was so use to eating pretty much anything I wanted and not gaining. Has taken a long time to learn a new and healthier life style. (Highest weight 172, back now to 125.6). Don't think I'll ever see high school weight again!0

120 Then I had my children0

Graduated in 1996, I think I weighed about 165. Graduated College in 2000 at around 170. Got married 5 years ago at 177. I have worked myself up to 197, and since joining MFP and Doing P90X I'm down to 177. Starting to feel good about myself for the first time in years. Not that I ever really felt bad, just feels good taking control and getting fit.0

I think it was 182 it has been along time ago.0
-
Graduated in 1972 and weighed about the same then as I do again now.0

The same size I am now 122-125lbs 8 years later. I did gain 55 lbs while pregnant 5 years ago but I've managed to get back into my pre pregnancy weight. I'd like to lose a few more inches though as everyone knows, things shift after having kids. 125lbs pre baby looks nothing like 125 lbs after baby.0

310 when I graduated, a few years later I was a 235lb survival instructor, and then 250lbs of fun in the army. I'm shooting for my army weight now, and I'm close to my high school weight again :drinker:0

Oh high school...
I graduated six years ago at 192 lbs.
This was a significant time in my life however, because that March prior to graduation, I was 225+ pounds and decided to make some changes before headed off to college. I continued to yo-yo throughout college and graduate school between 179-205 pounds. Really, I'd just like to pass my lowest adult weight...that'll feel good. And keep it off...that'll feel even better .0 -
I was 5'10" tall and 148 lbs.
1 year later... 160lbs
2 years later... 160lbs
3 years later... 170lbs

5 years later (now)... 160lbs and dropping!0 -
