Getting Frustrated!!!

I realize I have only been really focusing on this weight loss for 3 weeks... been exercising for a month at least 3 times a week and calorie focused for 3 weeks BUT i have not lost any weight!! Even an one or two pound weight loss would keep me motivated to keep focused...

Thoughts?

    I know how you feel. I've recently been in your exact situation.

    How is your water intake? If you are exercising regularly, even if you don't sweat a lot, I suggest you try a gallon per day. I started this the first of this week and I lost a pound within 2 days.

    Its not that hard to drink a gallon of water a day if you space it out throughout the day. If you're not already doing this, I challenge you to do it for a week.
  • Make sure you're not eating more calories than you are burning as well.
