Woke up extremely late, missed breakfast and lunch...does anyone else have this happen to them? I can't get all my cals in with dinner alone. Help? What would you do in these kind of situations?

One low day won't kill you any more than one high day will.
Eat properly tomorrow.0 -
Yeah its not the end of the world to have a day lower in calories. If you are really worried about it eat some peanut butter0

Put butter on things0

Personally, I take those opportunities to eat ice cream. But if you can't do that, then almonds, avocado, peanut butter are all high cals in small amounts. If you drink something low/no cal for dinner, then drink a big glass of milk instead.0

Thanks everyone for your input! Tomorrow will be a new day0

You can bank it and have a splurge meal later if you'd like. You don't have to do anything if you don't want to, of course. Missing a couple of meals isn't going to hurt anything.0

You slept, you weren't burning many calories so you don't need to make them up. Just have a nice dinner & call it a day.0

Don't worry about it. You'll be hungrier tomorrow and will want to make up for it.0

When I need extra calories, I use that time to eat something I never let myself eat anymore! And I know you can load up on lots of cals just by having a glass of milk and oreo cookies! LOL! Not exactly healthy....but don't beat yourself up over one day! It's not worth it! Keep up the good work!0

I will take them! I really screwd myself today with mine!0

I had that problem on Sunday. I still had 1300 calories left to use at 7 pm, so my son and I split a pizza, and then I had two single serving size Ben & Jerry's. It was pretty awesome.0

I know what you mean I sleep late everyday.
And it's hard for me to get everything in before it resets at midnight.
But all I can say is try your best...
I sometimes don't get to log in some things but usually not much to make a difference and I keep in mind what my calorie intake was at before it reset.0
