New to MFP

I am new to the message board, I used MFP about a year ago to attempt to diet, after using every excuse in the book, I quit. Now that I weighed myself for the first time in a year-- I have gained 40 pounds! Nearly had a stroke when I saw that weight! I am the heaviest I have ever been (heavier than when I was 9months pregnant and had toxemia). My goal is to wear my size 10's I wore 2 years ago, right now I am in a size 16. I was really moved by all of the stories on the message board and inspired by all of those who are loosing weight by shear willpower, no by surgeries or fad diets. I have no idea how to add friends on here, so if you would like, I will gladly accept!

I came here before as well and then left, and when I got on the scales again was not a happy bunny! You can do it though and we are all here to support youI only restarted a week ago.
