Hi everyone, I am in need of some healthy meal ideas. I am going through the same things over and over and getting burnt out :(

I have been making spaghetti, turkey burgers, chicken burritos, grilled chicken breast.

PS we are not big fish fans. Help!

I love the appetite for reduction cookbook. I've made almost everything in it and have loved most everything.

My boyfriend and I both really enjoy these crispy chicken drumsticks. They're filling, tasty and low in calories.

    Avocado burgers are yummy.

If you're looking for ideas go thumb through a Hungry Girl cook book. I recommend it alot but it's fantastic. All decent lower calorie (under 300 calories) meals. A lot of them are revamped favourites too.

Also check out skinnytaste.com! The website is amazing, and there are tons of recipes! I also like that many of them are in the MFP Database.

Another go-to for me is grilled pork chop + veggies and fruit. Or the morning star veggie / black bean burgers. You can microwave them or just grill for a few minutes. Can also pan fry them quickly. :)

Stir fries are always good :) use a meat of your choice. Or none at all and a whole bunch of veg. little bit of soy sauce and oyster sauce and yummy or try Teriyaki sauce instead :)

I have recently discovered lentils and quinoa. Here are two of my favorites so far!! We don't eat a lot of red meat and getting sick of chicken and fish. Lentils have lots of protein and are low in calories! I also like to make lentil shepards pie but it's a bit more calories but total comfort food.
