oh, i weighed a delightful 110 @ 5'6. i am a medium build. let's all keep in mind folks, that you're body is constantly changing and gaining weight of some sort is inevitable ,due to the fact that your bones get denser as you age. what your body looked like when you were a 18 is not going to be what it is when you are 25 and not the same at 40. the only constant in life is that EVERYTHING changes. didn't you expect to look different 20 years later? and after i had my first child, my wonderful husband, consoling his young wife said, "you cannot expect to have gone thru a lifechanging event and come out looking exactly the same. you're just fooling yourself." :flowerforyou: let's all try to keep moving and stay healthy!:drinker:

I was about 210. It was my sophomore and junior year that I was skinny and hot. Around 140 but perfect for me.

1986 and I was 103 pounds at 5ft tall. I am still 5ft tall. My goal is 125 now as I have two kids and just turned 44. My biggest struggle now is getting under the 155. I was just at it and so much happened in the past two months and I am at 156. Can't get it down...:( My heaviest point almost two years ago 187.6...I am so ashamed of that number I hate posting it..

I graduated in 2009 and I weighed about 165 (75 kg) I was always between 165 right from the start of high school (straight out of primary school, no middle school in Aus).

Well this is certainly a popular thread. Since you asked, 155. It was 1972.
Now at 178lbs. Pretty ok with that, could go to 170 maybe, but body is different, more muscle, significantly more wear and tear, and parts that are out of warranty.

I was 160 pounds and a size 10 or 12. I gained 60 pounds my first two years of college...brought on by the freshmen XX and Depo birth control. I got up to 277 when I was preggo with my first kid, then last April, I was down to my lowest of 146. I'm working on losing those last 20 pounds again.

I was 158lbs at 5'6" when I graduated 25 years ago. Now 3 kids later, marriage and lots of stress I am 270. My highest weight was 304. I'd love to get under 200, that's my long term goal.

In 2002, I graduated at 5'7" and 125 pounds. My max weight was 192 back in 2007. got it back down to 165 in 2008. back up to 188 in 2010, back down to 170 at the end of last year. got lazy for a couple of months and back up to 182. I'm now 175 and just wanna be down at 165. I've gained a lot of muscle since high school and don't want to lose all of that.

I wasn't quite 100 pounds and 5' tall. That was 18 years ago. I was weighed at the dr.'s early Dec. 2011 and the scale said 202.
I was 2 of me!!!! That kicked me in the butt to lose some of the weight. I was super skinny in high school, so my goal is not that. 1st step is to get to 150, and then I will reevaluate.
  • 5'2" and weighed 97lbs!.....and still thought I was fat :o.

I was around 155 at 5'6", which seems to be my default weight when not working out that heavily or watching my diet. Highest I ever got was 9 months pregnant and 189. I'm around 148 now, aiming for 140, which is my default weight when running and eating more carefully.

I weighed 130-135. I had just finished dieting and lost my 40+ pounds then. :drinker:
  • I was about 100 lbs at 5' 5" and thought I was huge :( But I wasn't trying to lose weight, in fact I was eating pizza and fries several times a day. When I look back at pictures, I was all bones.
