I ate over my calories today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am PMS'in, so I ate a cup of ice cream............sent me over my calories by 200. Question, is anyone else always hungry now eating all these calories??????? I feel like I have something in my mouth ALL DAY!!!! Oh no, here it comes again.......off to the fruit bowl.

Try hot tea...in different flavors. it isn't as yummy as ice ccram butit keeps you busy for awhile and gives you a sense of sweet...and no cals. You can even add splends to make it sweeter. Its whatr i do when i just can't stop eating (not that i don't cheat like crazy...in fact, i do well for a week...then stop logging for 2...so i can't say much! but i SWEAR i am gonna do it this time darnit!!!)!!0

I had a day like that too. I couldn't seem to stop eating. Don't you hate that??? It's really discouraging. We'll both do better tomorrow!!!0

Go sweat it out hunny and get those 200 back! And your right eatting NOW as apposed to before I'm hungry ALOT, before if I manage to eat one meal a day , granted it was a HUGE meal I was doing good. Now eatting properly and adding breakfast and lunch, I am hungry every 2-3 hours like it says you will be. Just finished a snack : Laughing cow cheese , 100 cal pack of ritz and 3 baby dills , YUM0

Ok, so here is the thing I am not over yet, but if I eat dinner I will be........and yes I have fruit in my mouth it seems all day.....then a protein and then whola there is an apple. Seems now that I am eating the right way I am always hungry.....PMSin does not help. Does anyone have a quickie cure for those cravings?0

I actually feel like I am eating all day long, especially with my meals broke down to five mini meals and two snacks and I still been a couple of hundred under my calories. I just had some sugar free jello and whip cream , I think I am getting hooked on it. If the whip cream free is frozen it resembles ice cream to me.:happy: I like preparing my celery sticks, and cauliflower ahead and then I keep hummus on hand and veggi ranch lite and stick to the two tablespoons. I have apples or cantaloupe for fruit right now.0

That is an excellent idea......Jello and whip cream.. That will definately be a great alternative to ice cream for me............thanks a million!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0
