    Hello my name is Melissa. My friends call me Missy. I am from New Hampshire. My neighbor Laura and I have recently started walking at night to lose weight. We live on a huge hill which has given us a challenge but we are getting better at climbing it daily. We started this past friday the 13th and so far have walked 5 days (nights). I have lost 2 lbs, and she is down 8! I have asthma so I am not able to push myself as much as her but It is slowly getting easier for me. My weight loss goal is to lose 125 lbs.

    You can do it! You have found the strength to start and that is half the battle.
