Looking for friends

Hello everyone,
I've been using MFP for about five weeks, now. I started at 240, now at 227ish. I've experienced some success, mostly in the first couple of weeks as I opted for water instead of Pepsi. I've learned a tremendous amount about my body and the effects of what I eat and what sort of activities I partake in. I've taken to working out recently, but I'm due in for knee surgery on Monday to fix the ravaged menisci in one of my knees (they're supposed to be "c" shaped, but one looks like an "e" and the other...well, I'm not sure how to describe what that shape is, haha), so my exercise options are somewhat limited for another few weeks.
I'm 24, married to a beautiful woman with an incredible three year old boy and another due in November. All is well, except for the fact that I have very little self-confidence because of my weight. But I'm working on that now. Soon, my double chin (or my 1 1/4 chin, as my wife says) and my love handles will be gone.
Anyways, I would love to have some more friends on here. The ones I have are great and well, who couldn't use a little more support? Feel free to add me and good luck to all of you on your respective journeys.
PS I'm most excited to see my ab muscles for the first time!
