a little help please!

ok. somebody help me out please, my brm is 1658 cal. a day. in a normal day i workout and burn off between 600-800 cals. so what should my intake be at the end of the day? and please keep it simple, my brain just would figure this out...lol

i am 210 and 5'5". i need to reach 150.

    eat 1600 - 1800 for a deficiency around 1000 calories a day for ~ 2lbs/week weight loss.
