I just had to share this, ive slowly been losing weight & everytime i look in the mirror see no difference. I FEEL it in my clothes but just dont see it!

Unfortunatley I didnt even have any before pictures since I did everything to avoid the camera at the size i was.

Then mum posted a picture on Facebook from her trip out to see me last year! OMG - I was horrified that I ever looked like that & elated that thank god I no longer look like that.

The image on thbe left is at around 210lbs from May 2011, I didnt start my weight loss journey untill November 2011, the one on the right is from 2 days ago @ a media event now at 173 Lbs

Hope the images work - its the 1st time ive ever posted.

Now I SEE & FEEL the difference & hope you can too. Right now I have hit a plateau & its been tough to keep going not seeing the scale move, but now i see these pics, it gives me so much motivation to just keep going!

Hope I can help motivate you all too.

    Yes! OF COURSE we can see the difference! It is hard to believe it is the same person in the 2nd one. You are so beautiful and your beauty shows through in the 2nd photo. Your face and decollete are thin and toned.
