heyy everyone i havent posted for a while since lots has bn happenin n iv bn bak n forth to diff places but first off wel done magnet, keep it up :happy:
i usd the scales to weigh myself in yesterday, but i never go from them as they r alwys a few lbs off eher way n tend to use my wii fit but nywy after about a week and half of not really trying n pretty much eating junk for my main meals i havent seemed to put on more than a 1lb but i hav been doing lotsssssss of walking so i think thats why i havent put on or maybee my metabloism has sped up but nywy gna try n weigh in on the wii tommorow or as soon as possible *while im typing i hav a bag of cookies:blushing: * so i still havent got bak into the swing of thing but hoping i will soon as my whole routine is going to change with work n college starting next week im going to try and lose the most i can still but i am only give myself a target of about 1lb per 2 weeks:ohwell:

Welcome back mumsanutter!
It has got very quiet. My weight loss hasn't been going as good as it has been. I was at my mum and dad's at the weekend so it was all homemade food, so hopefully that was a bit better calorie wise than I'm used to. I was out on Friday for a work leaving do then out dancing so had quite a few drinks there, although sticking with the vodka coz that's got the lowest calories.
Ibiza on Wednesday! I'm so excited. I've been packing tonight. I know as soon as I've got there I will have taken far too much with me, I always do that. I'm trying to plan my outfits this time around. Looking at the forecast too, it's all hot hot sun :happy: Finally makes a change from all this rain I've had! Glasgow is the worst.
September tomorrow. Was going to set myself a challenge but I would ruin any challenge on holiday, so not much point setting it now! Hope everyone had a good weekend and are looking forward to a new month.
