What's your element?

Options
Some people feel more comfortable in the water, some running or walking (like me) Old fashioned aerobics, or dancing? Where do you feel more comfortable when burning calories?

    I'm most comfortable dancing, aerobic stepping-6 inch step and riding my bike. I prefer the bike because it burns the most calories in the least amount of time. When it's crappy out I prefer the stepping while I watch tv or read a book.

    Yoga is my element. Everything about it just feels right to me and I always leave class with a complete sense of calm. On the flip side, I love turbo kick too. I wonder if I could throw a real punch the way I throw a pretend punch in that class? Probably won't find out since I'm a lover, not a fighter.

    I'm most at home on my bike, lifting weights or chucking foam balls at people (seriously dodgeball is so much fun as a competitive sport).
