I can't believe i made it! Im so close to my goals! My original goal was for 145 and when i started i thought i couldnt do it  teehee im so happy

I just want everyone to know to stick with it through thick and thin, and dont give in to pressures. It sure was a challenge, i know that for sure! I hit like 4 plateaus but *phew* i got past it (it was sooo hard to not say to my self this is it, thats what you'll be forever:embarassed: )

 i dont have any before photos becuase i tended to avoid them at all, ALL, costs... but all well im happy to know that i lost the extra baggage and that the scale doesnt lie, i reqally changed

The only thing now i gotta do is work on my self image :grumble: its so hard to see yourself as somethings different when you are used to being on teh heavier side your whole life...

I hear ya about the self image. I'm used to being a lot heavier and now I look at clothes and think "That won't fit me!" And then I try them on and it's just... wow..

    Congrats on the weight loss!!

It is SUCH a great feeling to lose the weight when you didn't think it was really possible, isn't it?!!!
Just keep looking in full lenght mirrors and windows, and eventually, it WILL sink in that you're NO LONGER heavy!

I don't know which is you in the picture, but you're both freaking stunning, so yah, you definitely need to work on that self esteem. Congrats on being so close to your goal. It must feel amazing!
