    Fantastic results! Good for you! I made a hula hoop a few weeks ago. With the nice weather, I need to take it outside and put it to use. I'm afraid I'll break something if I use it in the house. :laugh:

    edit : other then hula hooping i work out by going on the elliptical trainer about 5 times a week!
