Hi all,

So my calorie limit on here is set at 1220. This week i have been super hungry so eat more BUT burnt off anything extra i have eaten.

However, I am thinking should i increase my daily calories?

My BMR is 1462 calories.

My TDEE is 1661 (on days i don't exercise - i have a desk job so mainly sit down all day!)

Therefore 20% off that is 1329 calories. hmmmmm. Need to sort out my daily limit for next week.

Any suggesions? Or do i stick at 1220 and eat my exercise calories as i have been doing?! OR do i eat 1220 on the days i dont exercise and more on the days i do?! waaa confused!

thanks in advance xxx

p.s. it's TOTM so that explains the extra hunger!! xxx

To be honest the difference between 1220 and 1329 is neither here nor there - call it 1270 +/- 50

If you're super hungry look at your foods - is there enough protein and fat to fill you up or are you on a carbohydrate / blood sugar roller coaster.

On the days where you exercise you could eat some of the extra calories, and see how that works out.

i am exactly the same as you - set at 1200, brm is 1330, Total daily expenditure is 1650....
do we stick at 1200 as recomended and burn extra to eat extra keeping 1200 as net or do we go for BMR at 1330 as our net??? xx
