I just wanted to talk...

So I'm doing this 5 pound loss challenge in April right? I started out at 189.0 Now, 4 weeks later, I'm back to... dun dun dun, 189.2! What's the deal? I went down, went up, and now down again. I'm getting frustrated. The only thing that shows that I have actually made any progress is that the inch size on my hips went down 2, I think. I am not so thrilled with measuring because I don't know if I measure in the same spot every time. How can it have gone down 2 inches, but my waist stayed the same??? That baffles me. Anyway, what do you all think? I don't want to ask about food or exercise, because I think I'm doing them right. That's why I lost one pound. :D Just wanted some opinions...

Here is the chart so far, in case you are confused:

April 5 Pound Challenge:
Friday, March 30th: 189.0 (after eating)
Friday, April 6th: 188.8 (in the morning) - 0.2 lb
Friday, April 13th: 190.2 (in the morning) +1.4 lb
Friday, April 20th: 189.2 (in the morning) - 1 lb
Friday, April 27th:

There are a lot of reasons. Sodium intake, water retention, a crap you have yet to take, or your period.

Or the fact that in general, you seem to eat <1200 calories per day, and on a lot of days, <1,000 calories per day. This isn't the healthy way to lose weight.

If you looked in my food diary, most of the time I don't finish it, so that's why there might be entries that are less than 1000. And yeah, I'm on my period right now. I didn't know that affects weight. :D
