We love our friends and love socializing with them. They especially crave the company of other adults right now since they have a newborn.

But this is the second time this week that they've request we meet for dinner at Denny's. Ugh. We're going, but I'm not looking forward to the Denny's fare.

Any recommendations on healthy stuff that you might order?

    What I do when I eat out with friends and workmates is use the food search on MFP and just type in the name of the restaurant. Then you can scan the things they serve and choose something that fits your plan/calories remaining/ goals. I try to pick veggie and lean foods, but sometimes that just doesn't work when you eat certain places.

    And Denny's now have Fit Fare meals.
