jogging in place......

does anyone jog in place for part of their exercise routine? if so, do you wear shoes? i dont but lately after jogging for even 20 - 30 min in place really hurt my right foot and left ankle... idk if youd call them bone spurs but they hurt for like a few days after and make it hard to do anything...

i was just wondering cuz thats really my only form of exercise i can do thats legitimate and its so painful =[

    Before I started running outside I jogged in place. Now I still sometimes do it, although not that often.

    I jog in place and I get that too! I dont wear shoes :(. Sometimes socks but mostly bare. The thing with me is that the pain goes away when I wake up in the morning.. Maybe you hurt your ankles?
