Looking for brands, types, flavors, etc.

I'm trying to figure out a good yogurt for snacks. I am looking for something low in sugar.

Thanks!

Get Chobani Greek Yogurt. It is delicious and only 140 cals, 19g of sugar, and has 14 g of protein
  • Trader Joe's Greek Pomegranate.

Would you happen to know any of the nutrition info on that particular one?

I love yoplait light! And they just came out with light thick and creamy flavors. I love berry torte. I just love the variety of flavors yoplait has!

Stonyfield Farms, either their regular or greek ('Oikos'). They have by far the best ingredients and they donate a portion of sales to farmers.

In the oikos I like all the flavors except caramel.

I love yoplait light as well. The orange creme is my favorite. I love the light thick and creamy flavors. The whips are good as well.

I like Fage plain greek yogurt. Plain so I can add what I want and plain comes in a larger 6oz container vice the 4oz one with the flavor.

Haha! I like all of them... I just need to figure out what's the best sugar wise. Hehe. :P

I should probably just go to the store or look online and figure it out. :)

I've been eating yoplait light since I was a teenager. I like them because they're always sweet and smooth, but they're fat free and I believe sugar free. The sweetener is some derivation of aspertame.

I don't like the thick and creamy kind, makes me gag, and the whips is essentially the regular stuff except mostly air. So I just stick with the regular stuff. It's also a good price.
  • I LOVE Oikos Greek Yogurt. It's 120 or 130 calories depending on what flavor you get, and it's fat free. LOVE it. =]]

i like full fat greek yogurt, plain. I either eat it plain or add something to it on my own, sliced strawberries or fruit preserves (like just any jam you enjoy) or honey. that way you can control how much extra sugar is in there on your own and you don't end up eating anything weird tasting.

Definitely a great idea. I always avoided plain because I hated the taste. Such a simple yet awesome idea to add your own toppings and additions.

Fage is my favorite, but the Trader Joe's greek yoghurt, Cabot and Chobani are good too. Full fat is too filling for me, not to mention uses up too many calories, but I like a little fat. Fage 2% is perfect. I add a Tbs of honey per half cup yoghurt and usually a packet of Trader Joe's dried fruit and nut mixes, or fresh fruit.
  • I love yoplait light - white chocolate strawberry... I could eat 10 of those a day! so tasty..
