Even though the scale did not move today...I had my first TWO NSV's!!! I found out that I do indeed have a Pelvic Bone...AND my collarbones are out from hibernation!! These may seem very little--but to me these are the begining of the NEW and IMPROVED ME!!! Have a great day and best of luck to everyone
