So I was wondering if anyone was on weight watchers before the points plus and tried it again recently.?

I first lost weight with weight watchers then found MFP and then decided to give WW another try. And I lose very little and either gain or maintain like no ones business.

I wondered if anyone else had the same experience or if I am doing something wrong?

I cancelled WW. needless to say.

This seems to be the concensus about the points plus edition especially. On another day weeks ago they had a back and forth about this same issue. Glad you picked MFP.

I lost lots of weight with WW's lower-carb Core program some years ago, but still have more to go. I couldn't lose weight with PointsPlus. And it was a pain to have to learn a whole new set of points. I think 29 points, plus extra, is way more than many women could lose with. And unlimited fruit can mean unlimited sugar in some people. I've lost 24 or so with MFP and I love it! Plus, no cost too. I do weigh in twice a month at the gym with a dietician, but that's one-on-one and cheaper than WW.

I was using the old Core program and did great on it. When they switched to Points Plus it really messed me up. Calories are too low, anyway. I have a friend who was having the same problem and recently quit, also.
