    I'm guilty!!! I have just resently started doing shourder shrugs and I do this little Elvis lip. I've tried really hard not to but theres no controling it. :laugh:

    I wonder if people think I'm a showoff. I don't lift a TON of weight but not many in the Y do real quats, power cleans or deads. And I can't really put the weight down that gently after my last dead at 275-315lbs. It's also hard to put the 75lb dumbells down gently after doing flatbench chest. And it's not like I'm struggling to do 1 or 2 then slamming them down. I do 8-10 reps and try to set them done a gently as a can w/o hurting my shoulders.
